Challenge
Leading on Opportunity sought to support the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s initiative to expand opportunities for young adults by facilitating community engagement, aligning activities with grant deliverables, and co-developing strategies to improve services and systems. The challenge involved fostering meaningful collaboration between initiative partners, young adult parents, and the community to address systemic inequities and drive lasting change.

Thought-Partnering: Partnered with Leading on Opportunity staff to align activities with grant timelines, participated in consultation calls with the Weiner Family Foundation, and supported a site visit with core partners.
