Reset

When you reset your story you reset your life…

Definition of ReSET:

ReSet is a verb… an action… an on-going and continuous process to intentionally realign, shift, adjust, and interrupt patterns in our stories (narratives) by activating a different type of positioning that unleashes new visions, dreams, desires, and purposeful alignment for our lives.

An Invitation

Are you ready for a ReSet? We - Tracey Greene-Washington and Dr. Katrina Hutchins - invite you to work with us to use the ReSET framework to better understand your story and when and how to reset it. We will guide you through this process, providing you with tools to use towards purposeful alignment.

More about ReSet

ReSETTing Beliefs

  • We are constantly resetting - the narratives that worked for you last year may not work today;

  • Every life change requires a reset in our story;

  • In response to change, we may try to change our lives in ways that are not congruent with our vision for the future, inadvertently living out the same narrative over and over in response to an old story;

  • When you reset your story, you reset your life - and you can’t reset your life without resetting your story.

ReSet Elements
Our "stories " have six basic but important elements. These are: vision, characters, setting, plot, conflict, and resolution. These elements keep the story running smoothly and allow the action to develop in a logical way that we can follow. The ReSET acknowledges that our stories do not always run smoothly and are heavily influenced by messages, triggers, real life moments, others, and our own mental messages that we tell ourselves.

ReSET Principles
R:
Realize
E: Engage
S: Self-Authenticating
E: Establishing
T: Talk About it
