Challenge
The Foundation for the Carolinas sought to strengthen its equity and inclusion working group by embedding equity principles into its strategies, frameworks, and operations. Systems Change and Leadership: Introduced the six conditions of systems change and provided racial equity coaching for the 20-member team.
